Sky Harbour EFTS No. 12 Class 21, about 1940-1943

Picture consists of three rows of men in uniform posing outside on a wet runway with an airplane and barrack in the background. The man on the left end of the front row is petting a medium sized dog. Written on the back of the picture in blue pencil is '21'. The photograph was accompanied by 23 black and white photographs.
