Sky Harbour EFTS No. 12 Class 13 or 35, about 1940-1943

Picture consists of four rows of men in uniform posing outside on a tarmac with an airplane parked to the right side of the group. Written on the back of the picture in blue pencil is '13'. '35' is written in lead pencil near the '13'. The photograph was accompanied by 23 black and white photographs.
