Summary
Photographer: J. Gordon Henderson ( http://digital.huroncounty.ca/about-the-collection/j-gordon-henderson ) ..Description: .Black and white image of a bride and groom and their wedding party taken outside with part of a house visible in the background. There are three men in the picture, two of them are wearing uniforms and one is wearing a suit with a polka dot tie. There are three women in the picture, two of them are wearing light coloured dresses that fall just below the knee and hats with veils attached. They are also holding bouquets. The other woman in the picture is wearing a darker coloured dress, with a corsage and a hat with a short, dark, veil over her face. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by one complete photographic print (labelled b), a partial print (labelled c), and a proof (labelled d). The negative and photographs were kept in a brown envelope with '973 Holmes Weddings' written on it in blue ink and pencil.
